Abstract

Tuberculosis, a common disease in the developing world and a resurging problem in the developed word. The clinical manifestations of Tuberculosis are nonspecific. But with clinical judgment can be diagnosable. To our knowledge, this is the case of a 27 y/o man with lymphadenopathy, diffuse bilateral interstitial pneumonia and splenomegaly to be reported in the literature.
